This was a replacement for one that was faulty. Customer service was excellent and replaced it without a problem.
I have purchased 4 harnesses for my dog from a puppy and she is now 9. I have had no problems with any of the other harnesses. Great that you can just replace the bits you need. Highly recommend for the fit and quality.

Oh I love this harness ! My vet recommended perfect fit to me because Bertie had a worrying cough. Well he doesn't have a cough no more. I think that says it all, would definitely recommend.😉

Had to upgrade the girth piece on my pup and this one fits him so much better. He's 4 years old now, and has had the harness since he was a pup. It still looks brand new. Very high quality, I love the fit. It really is the perfect fit harness ;) no doubt about that!

I had to purchase this larger girth so that the harness fits comfortably over my dog’s harness. Always use Perfectfit and would highly recommend.

Barney-Bear was only 2.3kg when I ordered his harnesses, the ladies at perfect fit were very helpful and sent me a 2 piece and 3 piece but only charged for one and just had to send the one that didn’t fit back. Three weeks after receiving it Barney started puppy training class in the 3 piece harnesses but had grown so much almost 5kg that the girth only just fitted him on the loosest fitting, perfect fit exchanged it immediately no problem and he now has room to grow

A fault developed on the strap of a harness I purchased a month earlier, I wasn't sure of the cause so I ordered a replacement. I then contacted Perfect Fit and supplied photographs. They took full responsibilty, apologised profusely and immediately refunded the cost of the replacement without quibble. Such excellent customer service entirely consistent with the ethos of the company.

This was sent as an alternative to what I ordered, fits perfectly and my Dachshund feels very comfy in it. I ordered a perfect fit harness as my dog is recovering from spinal surgery, they sent me out alternative pieces and couldn’t have been more helpful, even requesting photos to ensure a perfect fit. I have just had a visit from my dog’s Physiotherapist, she said these harnesses are great and ideal for a dog recovering from back surgery.

Wonderful company and wonderful product. Best customer service I've received in a long time, and have not hesitated to recommend to other people. Think the lead and harness will see our dog through to full size, but won't stop me buying more from this company - there are more colours after all. Definitely have a new fan.

Bought a second harness very pleased with the them. Easy to assemble and looks good.The harness is good for my dog as she does tend to pull on the lead on occasions, the harness is better than a collar

Staff were very helpful as I was unsure of sizes, when items were sent I only had one piece instead of 2, I rang and the other piece was sent and received within 2 days.
