I recently bought harnesses for both my dogs. Customer service has been brilliant pre and after purchase. To ensure a perfect fit alternative straps were sent out without delay which were a ‘perfect fit’!

I LOVE this harness and so does Nugget! It fits perfectly. I love the fleece liner as it seems to me it would be more comfortable but mainly i love the placement on his body and how easy it is to clip on and off. Also, they had it adjusted to his body dimensions when it arrived! that was awesome! Thanks!

Replacement piece for my perfect fit harness as my little Schnauzer has put on weight so needed the next size up . So helpful with online chat to check the measurements and make sure I have the right piece and great that I don’t have to buy the whole harness.

Replacing a piece I had for two years. My dog is a really puller so he had worn it down. Love these harnesses, save their necks getting hurt and feel more in control.

Having separate parts is so useful with a growing puppy
Due to a munching incident and a hubby who placed 2 parts in the bin before I could get the sizes, I wasn't sure what I needed. I had great interactions with the team via email. Including one team member who told me he would help Sherlock Holmes it. I loved that. Made me smile. Perfect fit is perfect for my 4 dogs and they all have their harnesses. I wouldn't use anything else now. Thanks for all the help. Ember is kitted out once more.

Wonderful company and wonderful product. Best customer service I've received in a long time, and have not hesitated to recommend to other people. Think the lead and harness will see our dog through to full size, but won't stop me buying more from this company - there are more colours after all. Definitely have a new fan.

Perfect fit harness is great for my very small toy poodle and her delicate neck. She is very comfortable and no pressure in her throat. Perfect fit customer service is absolutely amazing!!
