Dog Games Limited (“Dog Games Ltd”, “we” or “us”) reserves the right to modify, alter, or update these Terms of Use from time to time. By accepting these Terms of Use, you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, or updates.

General
The information within this Site, may be subject to change. The date of the latest change(s) to these Terms and Conditions is set out above at "Last Updated". Your use of the Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the rules, as changed. Any such change(s) will not affect the terms of sale applicable to orders accepted by us prior to the date of such change(s).
Pricing Policy
All prices shown on the website are in £ Sterling, are inclusive of VAT at 20% for sales within the UK, and where applicable, may change from time to time. We reserve the right to change prices if there is a change to the rate of VAT and we endeavour to do our best to ensure that prices are correctly shown.
Goods are described as accurately as possible at the time of being published. Dog Games Ltd retains the right to decline orders if the price displayed is incorrect.
Payments are made online via secure WorldPay transmission or Paypal or Braintree. All Payments are made in GBP, other currencies are displayed for comparison only. The checks made through either process may issue "cautionary" and/or "warning" messages to us. Therefore, non-acceptance of an order may be the result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered being unavailable from stock;
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment;
- The identification of a pricing or product description error;
- Your failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in our Terms and Conditions.
Postage and packaging
Postage fees are calculated by the weight of the order and the country to which your order is to be delivered. Once you have correctly set which country you want the order to be delivered to, the checkout will automatically display the total cost of your order (inclusive of P&P).
Deliveries of small orders within the UK are made by Royal Mail (First Class Package), while larger orders are sent by Parcel Force.
Deliveries to the Rest of the World are made by Royal Mail Air Mail (Small Packet) or for orders over 2kg in weight Parcel Force Global Priority.
We try very hard to send out orders either the same day or within 1 working day, if at all possible. However, please allow 2 weeks for delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns must be processed within 30 days of your purchase. We are happy to exchange items if the size is unsuitable for your dog, providing the product is still in saleable condition once we receive it.
Please follow the instructions via the “return paperwork” sent within your parcel, or call/email us and we can send you alternative sizes to try.
Returns postage to the customer will be covered by Dog Games Ltd.
